Meat product braising line
The whole machine consists of two parts: the braising section and the cooling section. Using steam heating, the temperature can be adjusted. The conveyor adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor with adjustable speed, which can be adjusted for different products. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust proof, meeting the relevant requirements of the country for food hygiene. Stainless steel mesh belts, stainless steel chain plates, etc. can be selected for the conveyor belt according to requirements. The whole machine is designed with an independent inner tank structure and a welded outer frame, which is sturdy and durable, increasing the service life of the equipment.
The braising machine uses steam as the heat source. The materials are transported to the steaming and boiling area through the front conveyor belt. There is a steam pipeline at the bottom of the steaming and boiling tank, and a steam outlet is provided on the pipeline. After steam is introduced, the steam can be evenly dispersed in the steam tank, making the temperature inside the tank uniform without dead corners. Both the front and rear sections of the equipment are equipped with temperature controllers to ensure consistent temperature. The equipment is covered with an exhaust outlet, through which excess exhaust gas is discharged. The material moves at a constant speed through the conveyor belt in the cooking tank, and the running speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the cooking time. The device is equipped with a double-layer mesh belt, which effectively compresses the material completely in hot water, ensuring that the material is fully immersed and cooked in the brine tank, making the material evenly cooked. The heating temperature can be adjusted from 0 to 99 according to the product requirements. After the material is steamed and boiled, it is transported by a conveyor belt to the next process. The equipment can perform continuous operations, with simple operation, saving labor and energy. The conveyor chain plate is equipped with an integral chain lifting device, and the lifting cylinder can lift the upper cover, inner liner, and mesh belt for easy cleaning. The overall lifting method adopts a chain lifting design, and upper and lower limit controls are also installed on the electrical appliances to ensure safe operation of the equipment. After cooking, it is transported to the next process by a lifting mesh belt.
